Core Values

We value the Bible as the inspired Word of God for the identity and mission of the body of Christ. So the Scripture will be elevated and exercised as the basis of all that Liberty View teaches. We value inspiring praise and worship in which members experience the freedom to connect and communicate with God in praise, and in which seekers may observe and understand the presence of God within His people. We value imperfect people and are willing to be involved in the lives of people with real needs and problems, in a spirit of love, exemplifying Jesus who modeled this value throughout His earthly ministry; guiding everyone to know the love of God and experience the grace of God and enjoy the freedom that is only found in Jesus Christ our Lord. We value family life and will seek to empower and equip every member of the family to relate to each other in love, acceptance, forgiveness and harmony in a sin saturated society that persistently resist the togetherness and strength of the family.   We value membership assimilation and will help acclimate each member into the ministry of the Liberty View church. We will help equip each member of the church for involvement in ministry according to their God-given abilities and talents and encourage each member to connect their skills in the community by volunteering to make a difference in the world. We value leadership development in men, women and youth, and will invest time and resources into relationships and opportunities to see people grow in influence. We value innovative thinking and will encourage members to be creative and attempt great things for God. We value cultural relevancy in terms of using new technologies to build bridges between the church and the world around us, and also in terms of learning and speaking the heart language of our community. We value cultural diversity and will see every individual as an equally valuable member of the human family, as evidenced in the price of God’s Son for every person and His gathering of a people from every tribe, tongue, and nation to Himself. We value church multiplication and will seek to foster a church planting movement that grows far beyond the Liberty View church.
